As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email to allow you to track the order. 

 

Weekend orders

Currently, orders cannot be delivered on a Sunday, they will be delivered the following business day. Orders placed on a Saturday will be delivered the following business day (in most instances on Monday, excluding public holidays).

UAE City Limits Next Day Delivery - 17 AED

Outer City Areas Next Day Delivery - 25 AED

GCC and International Shipping 

We are currently looking into delivery options for GCC and International Shipping. If you are outside of the UAE and would like to make a purchase, please email us at info@twentythreeurban.com 

Delays

Timings are subject to courier provider. 23 Urban cannot assume responsibility for delays by courier provider. If no one is available to accept delivery of your order, you have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date with the courier provider.

Failed deliveries

Our courier will make two attempts to deliver your order. After this, the order will be returned to 23 Urban and you will be charged for another attempt at delivery.

Cancellations
If you change your mind regarding your purchases, just email us as soon as possible on info@twentythreeurban.com and we will use all reasonable endeavours to cancel it providing your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has been shipped, such cancellation will be treated as a return (please see our Return & Refund policy for further information).
